EXAMMINATION: STRESS...?


our exam is just around the corner...yet we have done some papers during this weekend..
not only to face the exam...we also have to finish up some assignment too...owhhh...
so tension and we are getting stress, because too thingking about all of these things...

when we faced stress, then we need to overcome it...where by we need to release it as to prevent any bad effect of stress...

according to the internet,there are special link exist between exercise and relieve stress...exercise is already known as a great way to relieve stress. It brings positive feelings (from endorphins), and a physical and psychological release (it's a good way to blow off steam, and provides a good distraction).

as we already know, exercise is good for our healthy, both for physically and mentally...
so start from now, start your day with exercise and any healthy activity to get a wonderful day even ever after...
