most people today have smoking habit...although they already knew that smoking can bring a lot of problem from healthy aspect...besides that, it also cost a lot of money to buy it..since the price of cigarette totally increase per year...

according to the Internet, things that made smoking dangerous is because of the risk of having cancer, heart disease, and respiratory diseases.the risk of dying from lung cancer is more than 22 times higher among men who smoke cigarettes and about 12 times higher among women who smoke cigarettes compared with never smokers.

Cigarette smoking increases the risk for many types of cancer, including cancers of the lip, oral cavity, pharynx, esophagus, pancreas, larynx (voice box), lung, uterine cervix, urinary bladder, and kidney.

SOFT DRINKS

Most people today take soft drinks as their diet daily and rarely drink mineral. this habit could bring healthy problem to the people.

according to the Internet, Until the 1980s, soft drinks obtained in the form of refined cane . Today in the United States HFCS is used nearly exclusively as a sweetener because of its lower cost. However, HFCS has been criticized as having a number of detrimental effects on human health, such as promoting diabetes, hyperactivity, hypertension, and a host of other problems.

as away to prevent this kind of disease, people should drink a lot water and eat fruits daily.
besides that, they should do a lot of exercise to release toxin in the body.

some people think that having a couple is a simple thing and didn't sense anything, they also have several partner before and just continue to have couple depends on their needs and where are they study or living...they will find a new couple when they enter matrix..and then find a new couple in university after they clashed before leaving matrix...

depends whether they found a girl or a boy that they like ( mostly based on their beauty or handsome), then they will declare as their partner or new trend now is "teman tapi mesra"...they will close together but mention it as a friend..although its look totally like a couple..

how come they just simply attract to someone and get couple...? didn't they think that..since we are born,god had fixed a partner for everyone and when the time has come,we will meet our real life partner that god had fixed for us....what ever it is..when the time arrive, a good girl will meet a good guys,not as her boyfriend..but as her husband...just like the picture above...love after married...

our exam is just around the corner...yet we have done some papers during this weekend..
not only to face the exam...we also have to finish up some assignment too...owhhh...
so tension and we are getting stress, because too thingking about all of these things...

when we faced stress, then we need to overcome it...where by we need to release it as to prevent any bad effect of stress...

according to the internet,there are special link exist between exercise and relieve stress...exercise is already known as a great way to relieve stress. It brings positive feelings (from endorphins), and a physical and psychological release (it's a good way to blow off steam, and provides a good distraction).

as we already know, exercise is good for our healthy, both for physically and mentally...

The whole muslim citizens are getting busy to get prepared for the celebrations.. As usual,this celebrations is celebrate among all the citizen..no matter which race they are.. this is the most unique things of Malaysia..three race celebrating all the most celebrations..Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali..

Back to the point, why muslim celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri? is it just a celebrations to enjoy without any reasons..? the main reason of this celebrations is because to celebrate the achievement of the muslim to fasting in a month..they controlled they selve from eating,drink and any action that can ruin their fast...from dawn untill sunset... Fasting is meant to teach the person patience, sacrifice and humility...

so to all the muslim..i would like wish..Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri..please forgive me for all the mistake i had done..assalammualaikum..

we always see this statement in our daily lives...on the road, in the lab and anyway...
but.........,what it for? are we really follow it or just look at it as a an advertisement...?
last weekend, i attend a program...named "basic of aid" or in malay we call it " asas pertolongan cemas".

the program is about how to give an aid to any accidents victims...whenever on the road, factory or anyway........we enjoyed learn about it..we also try to practice it on the doll...

but there are something that touched my heart deeply...about the accidents..how it happen?
why & what caused it happen....when the trainer show us all the photograph of the victims, i was shock and just closed my eyes..i could not see it anymore...it was so scary...the victims lost the parts of body..even the bone was gone..can you imagine it?

as a human, we want to born well and also die in well condition...as we know, driving on the road is like playing a dangerous game..once we made mistake, we might lost our life...as a way to protect our self, we really need to follow all the safety step in every where we are

millions kinds of people..millions type of culture..and many more..
But, only some of them have become my friends..hmm....who are they?
M y friends is person who are in my surroundings..i really not used to find friends,except they are my classmate & roomate.. i'm really a shy person, who are only keep quite in the class and rarely involve people...

Having a millions of friends is not a big matter..unless we appreciate them as long as they are our friends..
Expert always says that "quality is more important than quantity ".......for example, have you watch a Japanese drama named " Hanazakari no kimatachi e".. it was a great drama that telling about friends... although ashiya mizuki has a lot of friends but she really appreciate all her friends...they want to meet even they are separated far away...between Japanese & California...

so...start from today, learn to appreciate our friends, not only when they are in our side...but forever as long as they in our heart....

Today we must be thankful and protect the freedom we have achieve by make well the country’s integrity... we have to share the responsibility of ensuring a better future among each other.., with a basic right to education. We are Malaysians, have to stay united and bound together.. we must ensure our national language and heritage are protected.

British television "BBC" has aired a serious documentary about "Israel's secret weapon" on its world channel, to announce publicly and openly facts about Israeli weapons of mass destruction that it keeps hidden from everybody.

This has put the American administration led by Bush in a real dilemma before world public opinion... because what this documentary has shown is highly confidential information about Israeli nuclear armament systems that confirms Israel is worthy to be included in the "axis of evil" that the United States is fighting either militarily or economically ..

this documentary confirms that the Israeli nuclear program is forty years old, and that the making of the Israeli atomic bomb in "Dimona" nuclear reactor dates back to 1962, which Israelis claim that it is only a textile factory..!!

The movie showed that more than one hundred workers were infected with cancer because of radioactive materials used... A deal was completed with the French by a Jewish young man called "Shimon Peres," the current president of the Labor Party. That deal caused American wrath when information was leaked to Washington "during the rule of John Kennedy" who summoned the then Israeli Prime Minister, "David Ben-Gurion" and warned him against an arms race in the Middle East, and called for subjecting the Israeli reactor to inspection.

Peres had no escape...but to resort to deceiving to the inspectors who visited the site of the reactor, as they were led to a false control room on the ground floor of the building, while keeping them away from the fact that there are six other floors beneath that one, where Plutonium was processed...!!

The fast is intended to be an exacting act of deep personal worship...Muslims seek a raised level of closeness to God Almighty. fasting is to redirect the heart away from worldly activities, its purpose being to cleanse the inner soul and free it from harm..

today, i would like to share something interesting about a movie that are really great...kung fu panda...
why i said it was a great movie? the most interersting thing from this movie is how the lazy panda work hard to achieve what he want until he get it..this teach us to work hard to get our goal..

besides that,this movie also teach us to tolerate with each other and never give up to achieve our goal.
we need to sincere in doing something even to our self.. when Tai Long became selfish in getting the scroll and want to become the warrior dragon..but as the master realized that Tai Long is changing,he rejected Tai Long to become the warrior..altough he actually has all the kung fu skills and more power than his master chivu..

as the conclussion, we need to practic all the good value that we've learn in the real life to gain successful and victory in our life.

Nowadays...politics in M'sia become worst... since Dr.M leave the government and also barisan nasional.so many bad issues and scandals comes out which are also related to the minister.. its bring negative perspective from the other country like Singapore and Indonesia..

everyday people can see the ministers fight with each other during the parlimen meeting..
if they can't tolerate with each other,then what is the uses of the Parlimen? aren't they feel shame when they fight in front of prime minister? i think ministers realized that the meeting is recorded and some tv channel show the meeting live from the parlimen...so why they behave like that.....?

if one day...i got one chance to see any one minister that usually make noise in the parlimen, i want to ask him only one questions" what are the rules in the parlimen during the meeting and do you follow it?

when we talk about olympic game in Beijing, i'm sure that most of you wiil think about Lee Chong Huay...right?

it was a big success for M'sia to get medals for this big events..altough it was the only one medals we got so far..and this was brought rm300,000 to Lee as his contribution during the game..

talking about the amount that he got,its relevan for the country to give such money to him?

According to the internet, this story is about one of the many developmentally disabled people that the author have the honor to work with. the author call her Mary to protect her identity.Mary was born with "downs Syndrome"...

her family send her to the agency that the author work. When Mary came to the agency, she did not communicate, except for answer "yes", "no', "i don't know".One night the author went into her room and she was sitting on her bed watching the "Statler Brothers Show" on TV. the author sat down with her to watch. They started singing "You are my Sunshine", and surprisely, Mary sang every word of the song with them. it brought tears to the author eyes and they continued watching the show and singing right along with them.. Start from that moment, the author and the other nurse worked hard for Mary...

It wasn't long after that she began communicating in "real" sentences. The author found out later that her Mother sang that song to her all her life. It just proves that with the help of music, and a lot of loving care, miracles do happen.........

In my opinion, a good presenter have to :

• Brave: when we brave,we can talk fluently.
• Smart: smart to use idea or give explaination related to the topic.
• Creative: expert in create or use symbol @ pictures in presentation.
• Attractive: a good attention gather @ any attracting action can make audience focus on the presentation.
• Focus: Elaboration of a main topic is useful compared to one elaboration for various topic.
• Simple: too many topic and elaboration can make audience fell boring on the presentation. Make the presentation simple and perfect.
• Perfect: Make a presentation that complete with example, elaboration and some chart.
• Dress-up: Wear proper dress for the presentation.
• Emotion: Smiles to the audience even though they are your enemy.
• Prepare: A good preparation can lead to a good presentation.

its also caused by greenhouse gas..greenhouse gas caused the infrared radiation that then caused the atmospheric gases warm a planet's lower atmosphere and surface....
the major greenhouse gases are water vapor, which causes about 36–70 percent of the greenhouse effect....

so we must do something to stop the global warming as we can reduce the gas that produced by the cars and smoke of factory..our planets safety is in our hand,it is our responsible to care it properly.

I'm sure all of you have watched the video about the technique of presentation by Tj Walker .....right? he is the expert of speaker and totally comes up with the right technique that can we apply on our presentation.

According to his explanations, i can conclude that a presenter should present something that are simple,clear and packed with elaboration, not the packed data on the slide show. Eye contact and body language is the most important thing that should be consider while you present in front.

while the slide should be simple and easy to be understand by audience...don't use too many effects of computer likes movements on the text and sound effects...that can caused the presenter have to more considered on the computer and lose connection with the audience...

there are a lots of things that we can learn from this video and become better than before by following these technique...that's all..bye.

In my opinion, the most interesting speaker goes to Ong Hang Chuan..
As we know, his presentation yesterday was so perfect and clear. The topic of his presentation is ''Things that he like or dislike''. He choose to elaborate the topic related to those he like and dislike in his previous school.

He give a good explaination and example based on his topic... what type of people he likes and dislikes.. Besides that, he used a good body language and have eye contact with the audience while he presenting in front. His voice is louder and clear, made the audience focus to the presentation.Ong has done a presentation in a systematic way as we can see that he explained the kind of people he like and dislike in step by step and smoothly. The audience understood what he has presented...although he present spontaneuosly and without any attention gather..

Have u watch the 'Jurassic Park' film which have published in 1993 and all it's sequels? for me it was a fantastic movie with a great plot and with newly developed computer generated imagenary. . the dinosours in this film looks so real.. especially the T-REX.......This film was centered in an island of 'Isla Nublar'. The island really looks like the real habitat for the wilds... the story begins when a great proffesor,John Hammond (Richard Attenbrough) invites a group of scientists, played by Sam Neil,Jeff Goldum and Laura Dern to inspect the park prior to its public opening. Sabotage sets the dinosaurs loose, and the technicians and visitors attempt to escape the island.The visitors have to escape from these wild and big creatures by themselves..imagine if we were them..i dont think so that i will survive. i think i'll just hide in a cave or under the ground...But we can learn something about this film.
when we in danger, not all our friends and gang will help and save us...some of them will turn to somebody else and become so selfish...

TSUNAMI... the tragedy that happen in 26 disember 2004 still be remember by all malaysian, Somalia, Maldives and especially in Acheh.the tragedy have killed a lot of people on the spot..without any warning. There is often no advance warning of an approaching tsunami..its always occur naturally witout any sign. However, we should greatfull that our country is much safe than the other country like Japan, Madagascar and Somalia. For Japan, tsunami is a common events as they have faced approximately 195 events have been recorded. So, as a way to prevent or reduce the damage of tsunami, the Japanese built a walls..of up to 4.5m. that is the only thing they can do to save their lifes... i'm greatfully to live in malaysia, which are located in a safety area from volcano, tsunami,earthquake and any other dangerous events. thank god..But, we have be proactive as we have to be aware for any dangerous disaster in future.. Who knows, tsunami will attact again in Pasific Ocean.. As a good citizen, we should be aware to any announcement from the goverment or from the global(the expert)... i think we should watch National geografi as this program shows a lot of things about the world includes the animal,space and also ocean...especially about disaster..
